WHO WE ARE & HOW AND WHY WE STARTED.
We are a group of people who recognized the need to support the church in the areas of worship, training, and impact. We focus on one of the most significant roles in ministry leadership—worship leaders and music pastors—especially those planting churches alongside a congregation.
There are many opportunities and resources available for pastors and leaders who are planting churches, but far fewer designed to support worship leaders and music pastors who are building a ministry from the ground up. Too often, they are expected to lead, grow, and develop without the tools, assessments, and ongoing support needed to establish a healthy worship ministry. Starting from scratch is challenging—spiritually, practically, and developmentally. That’s where Worship Planters comes alongside leaders. We partner with worship leaders, pastors, congregations, and teams to provide guidance, coaching, and resources that bring clarity, confidence, and direction. Our heart is to lessen uncertainty, close the gaps in training and development, and partner together to see worship ministries grow with greater impact.
Our Mission
To assist those in planting and leading worship to grow and be equipped for the task and life at hand before they enter into it. Equipping them with the understanding know-how and a foot forward to lead the congregation and the people as well as allowing the Holy Spirit to lead them! As a leader, many amazing practical moments get missed before we go into something. This assessment and training are to lessen that got into assist leaders with the amazing call of being a worship leader in a congregation and planting that from scratch.
Assessment is such a needed moment to help partner and understand what will be needed to grow.
Sound, video, set up, manage, manage people, prepare, practice, lead, recruit, develop, deal and lead are just a few.
We created an overview process and an assistance process to partner and develop before sending someone out there.
