WHO WE ARE & HOW AND WHY WE STARTED.
We are a group of people,
Who found the need to assist the church in the area of worship, training, impact, and helping one of the most significant parts of service in a ministry as leaders which is worship leaders and music pastors who are planting churches with a congregation.
There are so many opportunities for planting a church for pastors and leaders but we have not found the opportunity to help Worship leaders and Music pastors who are planting from scratch on any level grow. And have the tools, assessment, tools, and support to grow a ministry from scratch. It is a very difficult thing in expectations and development and spirituality and practicality and so we believe here at worship planters that this is a place we can help Worship Leaders, pastors, congregations and so many more grow. And lessen the margin of misses and not knowing and partner to see a greater impact.
Our Mission
To assist those in planting and leading worship to grow and be equipped for the task and life at hand before they enter into it. Equipping them with the understanding know-how and a foot forward to lead the congregation and the people as well as allowing the Holy Spirit to lead them! As a leader, many amazing practical moments get missed before we go into something. This assessment and training are to lessen that got into assist leaders with the amazing call of being a worship leader in a congregation and planting that from scratch.
Assessment is such a needed moment to help partner and understand what will be needed to grow.
Sound, video, set up, manage, manage people, prepare, practice, lead, recruit, develop, deal and lead are just a few.
We created an overview process and an assistance process to partner and develop before sending someone out there.
