Four-Day Worship Planters Intensive

This is a four-day, off-site event designed to equip and grow worship leaders, music pastors, and ministry planters. Our team—comprising worship leaders, assessment coaches, and personality development specialists—creates an atmosphere that fosters growth, insight, and lasting impact.

A worship planter is someone who is currently planting, preparing to plant, or planning to partner with a church in the future, overseeing worship ministry as part of the church-planting process.

What Happens During the Four Days

1. Comprehensive Assessments
   Participants are evaluated in worship leadership, personality, strengths, areas for growth, and areas where support is needed.

2. Vision and Growth Development
   Leaders explore what it takes to plant and build a worship ministry, including practical strategies, vision alignment, and next steps for growth.

3. Ministry Development Strategies
   Participants receive guidance on starting, growing, and developing a healthy worship ministry, tailored to their context and team.

4. Team and Band Dynamics
   Whether leading solo, a partial band, or a full team, leaders focus on practical, spiritual, and developmental tools needed to create a consistently impactful ministry.

5. Partnership and Networking
   Participants build lasting relationships, partnerships, and friendships within the group, fostering collaboration and mutual support.

6. Leadership in Action
   Each candidate has opportunities to demonstrate leadership, influence, and the ability to develop others.

7. Personal and Ministry Assessments
   Every participant leaves with a personal assessment book outlining areas for growth. Additionally, the ministry receives a detailed assessment and development plan to guide their next steps.

8. Comprehensive Ministry Impact Plan
   Worship Planters provides the ministry with recommendations and actionable steps to ensure the worship leader and the team are positioned for lasting impact as they plant together.

By the end of the intensive, both the worship leader/music pastor and the ministry will leave equipped with clarity, strategy, and a comprehensive plan for forward growth and impact.
