Assessment

 This is a four-day event off location.

 

We have an atmosphere and team of worship leaders, assessment coaches, and personality development specialists to forward an impact on the growth of those who come to worship planners.

 

A worship planter is for those who are planting,  looking to plant with a ministry, or one day be ready to plant or a church who has someone whom they are planting with 

 as the person to oversee worship.

Here's what happens in four days and after

1. Assessment of Worship Leading, personality, strengths, areas of development, and areas in need of help.  

2. Development and growth areas in planting a ministry, in the areas of vision, practicality and what it will take to go forward.

3. Development strategies for the ministry in areas that are, need to know in starting growing and developing a healthy ministry.

4. Weather from a single Leader to a full band to a partial band those are great areas we focus on what will be needed to grow and impact in a ministry setting. The tools and resources needed to build consistent impacting ministry and team. Will be tackling practical spiritual and developmental needs to go back home with.

5. You will build a resource of partnership and friendship within the group.

6. Each candidate will be put in a place where they will need to show leadership skills, impact, and development of others.

7. Everyone will leave with an assessment book on what they are needing to grow in and also The ministry will also get the assessment from Worship planters and development plan for the first steps of the ministry. 

8. The ministry will also get the assessment from Worship planters so they can have a plan forward and understand the needs as they are planting together.

The ministry and the Worship Leader / Music pastor will come away with comprehensive impact plan recommendations forward with a call for those who came or sent the leader or couple to Worship Planters.
