    Most leaders and people need to set a vision for even the worship team. As we consult develop and grow we help you come up with a plan for the church and ministry overall. When we do that it also includes worship and music ministry. As we formulate the call towards the side of the ministry you can then bring people in to run that call and vision. Some of the most common mistakes are having the new worship leader who has never been in that culture plant with you or developing with you come up with the vision for the worship team. It is not separate from the church for part of the church.

Most separation in churches comes from being hands-off on the vision of Ministry and Music. It is one of the most significant in key parts of any service, in church that forms its culture so they are intertwined and one.

    Many pastor say we don't know much about music so will leave it up to them when they come. The normal lifespan of a music pastor or worship pastor is somewhere in the range of six months to two years. 

Many music people in personnel need a place to both grow and have guidance the guidance comes from developing a solid program for the music ministry before you bring someone in. And then giving them the room to flourish in those moments..

    We assist you to develop "realistic and fair growth" expectations for the worship pastor and leader or music minister. Some of the ideas that the music pastor has to be everything does not reflect income pay or what is needed for the job and often it is overwhelming in every possible way. It is an insurmountable task to plant and be everything to everyone, sound, music, pastor, practice, recruiter, Sunday morning programmer, singer, musician, and tech person. Just to name a few...
